…and many are they that walk upon that broad path of sin, trouble, suffering, and destruction.
And narrow is the path that leads to eternal life and few are they who find it and walk therein.
Many are called, but few are chosen.
One must hate their life to inherit eternal life and lose their life to gain life.
One must carry their cross daily, not turn back, and die to themselves.
One must crucify their flesh, their desires, and their passions.
To be great, you must be little.
The humble will be exalted and the proud will be humbled.
To be the greatest of all, you must be the least and the servant of all.
The first will be last, and the last will be first.
Unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it cannot bear much fruit.
Death is the way to life.
Those who do what the word says are as one who builds their house upon a rock whereas those who merely hear without doing are as those who build a house upon sand; and when the rain, wind, and storm come, such a foolisly built house will come down with a crash along with anyone in it!
