We are told to seek after it more than we would a great treasure…

Who among us will be like David the Beloved, a shepherd boy and the least of his family who became the greatest King of Israel by simply reading, comprehending, and applying God’s word?

Who among us will be like Joshua and lead God’s people into the Promised Land of Communion with Christ and conquer all the evils of our sinful land?

Who among us will do great and mighty wonders by the Spirit of God that comes from the indwelling presence and application of the perfect, beautiful, and flawless Word of God!
